Greetings. I ordered this shirt for a friend as a gift. He typically wears a size L with all of his shirts. The L we ordered does not fit. I sent an email and someone names Lisa responded that unless the fault is yours you are unable to make an exchange.

I frankly don’t understand how a business is unable to make a clean exchange when the size isn’t compatible with what a person normally wears.

Regardless, at this point, I asked Lisa i would pay the $15 to order an XL shirt without an exchange. I have not heard back. I am very disappointed with this type of bad customer service you provide. The lack of response regarding my questions and delayed responses is indicative of simply bad business.
