I love the look, it's heavy and warm and comfortable. However the material pilled the very first wear. I wish it was slightly higher quality for the price. But I do still love it.

Got the shirt for my teenage granddaughter for her birthday. She left the shirt.I just wish it didn't cost.Almost double the shirt price to get it sent and pay taxes on it. She was very happy and it was good quality.

Greetings. I ordered this shirt for a friend as a gift. He typically wears a size L with all of his shirts. The L we ordered does not fit. I sent an email and someone names Lisa responded that unless the fault is yours you are unable to make an exchange.
I frankly don’t understand how a business is unable to make a clean exchange when the size isn’t compatible with what a person normally wears.
Regardless, at this point, I asked Lisa i would pay the $15 to order an XL shirt without an exchange. I have not heard back. I am very disappointed with this type of bad customer service you provide. The lack of response regarding my questions and delayed responses is indicative of simply bad business.

I’m regular sized person, but the jacket I bought (which I loved) was a large that fit perfectly . . . except for the forearms! I am not Popeye. So frustrated with the return policy.
